Q: Is it waterproof?

Yes,It is.cap surface is painting Waterproof lacquer at least 2 times. and more painting depends on customer's quality requirement .

Q: Is logo available?

A: Yes,It is available. laser engraving screen printing,and heat transfer printing can be custom-made .

Q: Can I have my unique design(size,volume,pattern,etc)?

A: Yes, certainly. customer's design such as size, volume,pattern,etc is welcomed. Support new product research and development, the new mold design .

Q: Is your bamboo/wooden products 100% natural&healthy?

A: Yes,with SGS certification!

Q: What's your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 10000pcs for custom made new design, normal product need about 3000 pcs/5000pcs if there are some in stock, so 300 pcs or 500pcs is availble !

Q: Can you provide us sample?

A: Yes we can provide 1-2 pcs of normal samples for free if we have it in stock, but the buyer should pay the shipping cost .sample delivery time about 2-3 days to compare .

New customized samples need about 7 days, please send email to discuss about the new sample charge .

Q:How to delivery sample?

A: We usually delivery samples by express , such as By DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx .

Q: How long is your mass production time?

A: for 10000pcs order will need 30-45 days after received 40% deposit and samples final approval. 

For urgent order, could be faster, please send email to negotiate our month capacity is 100,000pcs for simple bamboo products!

Q: How to delivery the mass production?

A: By sea or by air or by train by courier like DHL,UPS, FedEx .

Q: What's your Payment term?

A: by T/T or Paypal or Western union
